Reviews about the ebook:

  • Juliana Gomes:
I really loved that ebook it’s helping me a lot. excellent content very clear and objective.
  • Wendy Liang:
A must-do if you want to pass your NCLEX. I took the test the first time and failed (with the max. amount of questions) because I was bordering the passing line. Then, I bought this, did all the questions and read the rationales —and also did Kaplan’s review questions— and passed after just studying 2 weeks with 75 questions!

The trick is, you’ve learned the skills in your nursing studies, if you did well in your classes, that means you know the content and skills. But what the NCLEX tests you on is, as this book says: prioritization, delegation, and assignment, that’s required of an RN. And this ebook teaches helps you see how the questions are asked so that you don’t get distracted by the distractors!

  • Amanda Bell:
I used this as one of the books to review for the NCLEX, along with Saunder’s NCLEX Review and felt that these questions were tougher than the actual exam (which is a good thing!) The prioritization questions were so helpful! I didn’t get to use the online questions but did read all the questions and rationales in the book including the case studies. Passed on the first attempt at NCLEX- RN. Would recommend.
  • Robin Bird:
Great review of nursing school concepts. Although I do have to say I felt the NCLEX
was mostly random diseases I’ve never heard of or studied. Still, I passed in 75 questions and this was 1 of my 2 primary resources.
  • Dana Conley:
NCLEX-RN has changed drastically. It is geared towards the BSN nurse who has an education in leadership, management, communication, and conflict resolution. This book encompasses all of these topics along with medical situations, medications, delegation, and case studies. I am sure I passed NCLEX-RN on the first try because of this study ebook!!!
  • Don Lundgren:
After failing the NCLEX-RN in 265 questions on the first try I searched high and low for tips to pass, most of which led me here. My first time around I only did UWORLD which in itself is a great resource but I wasn’t ~really~ understanding the WHY.

The trick with the NCLEX is knowing WHY the right answer is right – and this book takes a deep dive into that. It helped me to better understand how to prioritize care in hypothetical questions, what the scope of care is for other professionals and how to delegate to them, along with tons of PRACTICE questions.

My second time around I only did the practice from this book! The month leading up to my test date I did two to three chapters per day and read and highlighted rationales. After completing all the practice questions in this book I finally understood how to prioritize for tricky questions and passed the second time in 75 questions. I felt defeated at first but through this ebook, I regained confidence and went into the test feeling it!

  • Faith Oundo:
As a foreign-trained nurse, this book helped me a lot. I prepared for the NCLEX-RN using this ebook, Saunders, and world. I didn’t enroll in any classes, I studied on my own and passed the NCLEX-RN as a first-time taker with 75 questions. This book helped me master my prioritization and delegation question.
  • Terrie Smith:
This is a great book to add to your NCLEX study timetable. The first part gives guild lines for prioritization, delegation, and assignment. The second part of It covers important areas, for example, infection control, pain, cancer, obstetrics and maternity, cardiovascular problems, respiratory issues, emergencies, and disasters, etc etc
The third part gives tests on prioritization, delegation, and assignment in complex health scenarios. I liked the book because it’s small but packs a punch. I had been studying for five weeks all day every day when I got this book, I was exhausted and brain dead. But I found myself inspired enough to review my exam marks at the end of each chapter and then cross-reference the correct answer from other books I had. Overall I really learned a lot from this ebook.
  • Judith Bacareza:
This the same with the latest version. Buy this one instead! This is what I used for NCLEX-RN, I passed 75 questions. First, take!
  • Kemle Ann:
I am a second-time NCLEX test taker, the first time I tested all I used was the world and did all 265 questions on the NCLEX and was not successful. I was devastated! I saw the reviews about this book and decided to give it a try since there were so many positive reviews about it. I read the entire book went through all the questions, took notes, and also used the world. This ebook helped me understand the questions more, reading over rationales of why you got a question wrong really helps! The second time around, I PASSED the NCLEX IN 90 questions!!!!!!
  • Carissa T:
I used this ebook comprehensively in my Med-Surg 2 class, much to my surprise, I passed the 3 exams with high 90’s with the help of this book!!! I can’t believe I didn’t use this during the Med-Surg 1 class, where I really struggle in exams. Now in my nursing specialties, it helps a lot in prioritization, rationales are very easy to understand, I’ll never let this book go until NCLEX-RN.
  • MitsueMartin:
I like this book better than Saunders. It gives you the answers and rationale on a separate page…helps improve critical thinking. ++ delegation.
  • Marizze Lexa:
Used this for my NCLEX-RN exam. And PASSED!! the book is very helpful in enhancing critical thinking skills and in strategies to answer questions. Money was worth it.
