If you care about your health and have a healthy skepticism for what goes on as conventional treatment from the Medical-Industrial-Complex, this is a book worth a read. I could relate to a lot of the info the author lists here based on personal experience. The importance of Water, Nutrition, Breathing, Detoxification, mental awareness. The author’s writing style is very racy and engaging. There are valuable tips, at least a few of which anyone can follow to improve their physical and overall health, san any quackery or outlandish claims.
